The Introduction to Power Quality aims to make you familiar with Power Quality concepts and how to pull them all together in relation to an electrical installation. This includes content to help understand some of the measurements from Appendix 17 in BS7671:2018 – 18th Edition including Consumer Demand, Tariff Structure, Load Profile, Power Factor Correction, Data Logging and Harmonics.

We are look at instrumentation and common solutions such as Voltage Optimisation and Power Factor Correction. Learn the basis of how these technologies work along with advice on test and measurement equipment capabilities to help you measure Power Quality and Energy.
